You may create FQDN based rule on top for the mentioned domain to allow them without authentication.

I'm following this link directly from sophos:

I made the changes more anyway so some machines still get stuck in the Connect option of the Chrome browser.

I still haven't released all the URLs proposed in the suggested link, do you think it would be essential to do so?

I also put the proposed URLs, but it still doesn't work, I've been checking the logs, and the URL that forwards on the portal is msftconnecttest.com, it's blocked, I've already released it in the Web Filter, but it's still blocked.

Do you know what it can be?
