Firewalls lost Connection to Sophos Central

Hello,

this evening all our firewalls lost the Connection to Sophos Central. This happens between 20:00 an 21:00 CET at 12-11-2021. But the Firewalls it self are online and working. Has anybody the same issue?

  • I see the same on an irregular basis, sometimes a couple of times a day. The error message arrives while we are using the internet.

  • Yes, this behavior I know also. From time to time I get a notification that one firewall has lost the connection and after a few minutes the connection is restored.

    But today Sophos central shows for all 50 firewalls since 3 hours that they are offline.
