Email notifications from my Sophos XG HA pair have been failing ever since I migrated my on-prem Exchange server from 2016 to 2019. I have the email notification settings configured to use the 'Built-in email server'. When I try to send a Test email from the Sophos, Email log in the GUI shows 'Email has been accepted by Device and queued for scanning' and the email is not received.
When I view the 'smtpd_main.log' file is shows that it is using the 'static_route_hostlist' from my domain and finds the internal IP address on my old Exchange server. This is is the cause of the problem -- I need to upgrade this 'static_route_hostlist' to point to my new Exchange server IP address. I can't seem to find any of doing this from the GUI. Does anyone know how I can update this?
