We also have so much mails to delete. To show only 20 per page and delete them, will need hours / days.

Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community.
The recommended way would be to open a case with support so a script can be run that will delete the quarantine emails as suggested in the other post.
If you don't want to do that you can try following the suggestion on this Community Post.
