This is a known UI issue for NAT rule . Source, Services and Destination aren't aligned on the NAT rule list when there are multiple objects in the matching criteria of the rule. NC-82054

Hello Community, 
 The issue with the Heartbeat showing as DEAD due to not having a Sophos Central license for Endpoint is getting fixed on 18.0 MR7, 18.5 MR4 and v19 GA (No ETA at the moment), this issue is being tracked under NC-83857 and NC-84789
