IPSEC remote access - frequently disconnect and it is slow

IPSEC remote access with Sophos connect client frequently disconnects and the data transfer is very slow.

Do you have similar experience ?

I have figured it out that DoS UDP protection was kicking in and blocking IPSEC remote access

I'm getting frequently error - IKE message retransmission timed out - then connection drops, max transfer was 50kb/s
