how to allow anydesk and Skype in Sophos XG v18

hi, i want to block all web sites to my users and allow certain website. for this i created allowed URL list in URL Group, called that URL group in web policy and then called that policy in Firewall policy. how can i allow anydesk and skype using web filter or Exception list??? i trired to add exception for skype but it is not working. while the exception for office365 is working perfect. please guide.

    Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community.

    You can use the Web Filter instead of DPI and then set the awarrenthttp.log in debug mode, then try to access the website or application and it should tell you what URL is being blocked, then you can add that one to your Exception list. 

    To put the awarrenhttp.log in debug mode you need to SSH in to the XG and then press 5>3 and once in the advanced shell

    # cd /log

    # service awarrenhttp:debug -ds nosync

    Then check

    # tail -f awarrenhttp_access.log
