SFOS 18.5.1 MR-1-Build326 MS Quick Assist Web Exceptions

After implementing SFOS 18.5.1 I discovered Microsoft QUick Assist would not complete a connection, it just showed a rotating dots image.

SFOS Log Viewer showed the Firewall blocked the application with Invalid Traffic.

Sharing the Web Exceptions for the Microsoft Quick Assist app based upon urls from a ZScaler post community.zscaler.com/.../9764

MSQA contacts these hosts via HTTPS.

channelwebsdks.azureedge.net
web.vortex.data.microsoft.com
gateway.channelservices.microsoft.com
^([A-Za-z0-9.-]*\.)?lync\.com
self.events.data.microsoft.com

Note: Not Sophos XG related but after I implemented the exception above, I also found many PiHole rule sets to block self.events.data.microsoft.com After white listing that sub-domain in PiHole and flushing DNS I was able to fully open the Quick Assist application.

    Thank you for updating your post with what resolved your issue. 

    Note: Not Sophos XG related but after I implemented the exception above, I also found many PiHole rule sets to block self.events.data.microsoft.com After whitelisting that sub-domain in PiHole and flushing DNS I was able to fully open the Quick Assist application.
