RED 60 Connected but cannot ping devices behind the RED

Hello Guys

I have a Red 60 and I can ping it from Sophos XG135 but not form any laptop form the main office LAN.

I have even set the route_precedence to 1. VPN 2. SD-WAN Policy routes but it does not work

Could someone help me out with this issue.

    please confirm you have the latest RED firmware enabled on XG and applied by the RED.

    Also post some screenshots showing the configuration of the RED interface and some information about the network on the remote side of the RED
