XG disconnects a certain device after 30 seconds

XG keeps disconnecting a device after 30 seconds. If I connect and reconnect it again, everything is fine but after 30 seconds exactly it gets disconnected. It is not a duplicate IP as it got confirmed with ping tests and there were no alerts.

What I did: 

1- Turning off intrusion protection 

2- Turning off firewall acceleration

3- Rebooting

Yet non of these solutions were effective, any ideas on why this could be happening?

    Hi,

    which version of XG are you running? Does this only happen with one device and what is the device? Does the device have a sleep mode which can be turned off or changed?
