Hi Support,
We have a RMA replacement running for over a week now for a defective XG310 unit.
We escaladed the case but no answer to when the replacement is going to be delivered.
We are running an customer cloud solution on a HA XG310 deployment and are now in non-compliance whit our customer SLA.
We need this unit to arrive now.
Can anybody form the support forums accelerate this process?
