Internal wifi card (notebooks) fail when Google suite applications is used, always through VPN in Sophos Overactive

My case is :  Internal wifi card (notebooks) fail when Google suite applications is used, always through VPN in Sophos Overactive

More context info:  

- Is notebooks are connected direct to internet, Google Suite and internal wifi card work good.
- If notebooks are connected directly to the internet, Google Suite and internal wifi cards work good, only fail when are connected to Sophos VPN
- This issue is on various notebooks, DELL, Lenovo.., with differents wifi network cards.
- This issue appear only using apps of google suite.
- This issue is only on Windows devices.
- This issue is repeated in a clean Windows
- This issue doesn´t appear with Azure VPN
- Same notebook with a wired card work well.
- Same notebook with usb wifi card work well.
- This issue is repeated with other wifi card drivers.
- When the issue appears, we need to restart the device.
- Fail with windows 10 and 11.
- Is random because two identical notebooks one fail and the other one no.
- We already tested the option of "compress SSL VPN traffic" disabled and enabled.
- We use XG330 (SFOS 17.5.15 MR-15)
