That should not be the issue. Check the /log/applog.log on the cli while trying to restore.

Can you generate a new backup? Looks like the Backup is broken? 

Yes, done. But the same Error... I already tried an another Enc-Password.

Check the csc.log on the same time frame. Any hints?

Backup from 17.5.16 going to 18.5 GA is not supported.

You would need to move to MR-1
