Here we use Thin client, In AD username  and password has been set. That they are using for login thin client remote desktop.

We have done all configuration. after that we cannot able to browse even google.co.in. After deleting citrix-ip from console we able to browse. what is the problem?

Hi, shivaraj umadi : When you checked Browsing, was the user reflected in the live user on XG with the Thin client (SATC) mechanism? if yes then you may check the matching rule and policy etc and TCPDUMP, drop packet on XG to see traffic getting dropped in which module. You may also open a support case to work on this by providing all steps which you have tried and with your observation. 

why SATC doesn't support Chromium based browsers?

Hi Vishal. what if we not bought server protection, how can we make to support browsers?

Hi shivaraj umadi: Unfortunately due to Chrome changes to make SATC works with XG with Chrome Browser currently server protection must be needed.
