Can`t download iso of XG Firewall for vmware

Hello!

I try to get trial of XG, after filling the form i I agree to "all the terms and conditions..." and click submit. After this i received an email with serial number. When i trying to download iso for vmware, browser redirect me to page that contains "End user license agreement & compliance", its ok, but after filling this form i get this message

"Further validation required

Sophos is committed to fully complying with all laws regulating the supply of our products and services. This includes conducting routine checks to ensure we meet required standards for distributing security software and hardware.

You will receive an email from our Export Compliance partner. Please make sure the email address admin@amberroad.com is not blocked.

Your reference: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX"

I also received a letter where it says that my order status is HOLD, but after few hours i recieved another one leter that says that order status is APPROVED, and thats all.

I do not receive any links to download the image, and when I found them they redirected me to fill out the first form and this is some kind of vicious circle.

What shold i do and how can i get iso or appliance of XG for vmware?

  • Hi,

is this a business licence or a home user installation. If a home user installation you will need to apply again for a permeant home licence which is supplied after filling out at least two web pages of data.

  • wo ever created this, what was he thinking? This is just rubbish!

Needed a full installer for our licensed XG and then?....

Download Sophos installers from 3rd Party that is a completely unknown source (to me)?

And in a manner that looks like a phising campaign?

I will not enter credentials on some microsoft online page appearing to be from Sophos. Anti-Terror? Seriously?
