Wrong country Group entry

Hello everyone,

We have a specific rule which allow users from COUNTRY X to access the service. In this scenario ( A business rule _ WAF ), users from that country have access to the service without any problem, but some IPs can't ! Requests from other countries are dropped by a rule with higher priority. So, we found some IPs are wrongly blocked by the higher rule. What it means is that the country group is not up to date or needs to updated manually or .... . We are truly sure those specific IPs belong to the right country, but Sophos is blocking them.

- How can we Update Country Group manually?

- In the same scenario, what do you recommend to solve the problem without adding more rules ( It's not clean to add rule on top of each other for overcome a bug! )
