Hi,

seems a little odd, please edit your post to cover your XG licence. Which version of XG firmware are you running and which version are you trying to upgrade to.

finally, please try the upgrade via the XG gui rather than CM.

Yes that is what i've been doing....after downloading, the install starts and then stop after after a few second given error can't complete upgrade.

Hi,

the screen shot you posted shows your failed attempts using CM, not the native connection to the XG GUI. Also what is the current version you are running?

Did you try to use the option in Central to upgrade there? Not logging in to the firewall and upload the file.
