Xgs 116 or Hp Server?

What is better to run Sophos 18.5 with 50 users and two 100 mbps links? (licensing Xtream bundle).
One XGS 116 or HP Server with two Intel Xeon Processor E5640 2.66mhz, 32gb memory and 1 240gb SSD.

    None hardware licences are user count based and you do not get the functions that are part of the xgs eg the xtream bundle.
