Exchange IMAP

HI All

My exchange server works fine in version 17 and I upgrade to V18 and I couldn't send or receive email from outside my network. what would be the possible problem and how can I solve it

Hello Ihenock,

Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community.

Probably some of the migrated rules might be causing the issue.

What do you see in the smtpd_main.log when you try to send emails and or receive email?

Do you see the incoming emails arriving to the XG? Are they in the spool?

I can send emails to internal or external emails like Gmail from inside network however I can receive email from external emails like Gmail even if i am outside network

Hello there,

Thank you for the feedback. So if you are either inside or outside of the network you are not able to receive emails coming from GMAIL.

Did you get a chance to check on the smptd_main.log what happens when an email from Gmail is arriving?
