Email not working from outside

HI All

My exchange server works fine in version 17 and I upgrade to V18 and I couldn't send or receive email from outside my network. what would be the possible problem and how can I solve it

Hi Ihenock,

Could you please share configuration detail? How was your email protection configured on version 17? MTA or Legacy mode?

I'd suggest that you check the migrated firewall and NAT rules for email protection to find the issue.
