LDAP users unable to logon to user portal

Hi

I am having issue with LDAP users not being able to logon to user portal.

I have an ADDC and a LDAP server in my environment and I would like to use both servers for my XGS user portal authentication methods.

After integration with ADDC my AD users are able to logon to user portal but not my LDAP user.

• Logviewer showing a AD user is able to logon to user portal but not the LDAP users:

My hardware model and firmware version:

XGS3300 (SFOS 18.5.1 MR-1-Build326)

Here's is my configs:

1. Adding an external LDAP server named LDAPphp

2. Make LDAPphp server for User portal authentication

3. Tried logon to user portal
