Sophos XG330 Serial Number Default String

Hi

After Reimage Sophos XG330r2 the serial number of appliance changed to Default String . 

ISO Image : HW-18.5.1_MR-1-326

and test other Image but the serial number Default String

Please Help Meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!!!

    The only time I've seen an empty serial number was on a new XG that had a system board fault and had to be RMA'd, Sophos support can try and use a firmware tool to update the bios to put it back in (which didn't work for me) but your first call should be to them. As far as I can tell the serial number isn't something the user can update.

    Ensure that the Default certificate is filled, If not then fill the cert and sync licenses once to verify. 

    If the issue persists, Open a case with support and let me know the Case ID via DM. There's a method to update the serial number, And if that also doesn't work, Support rep can take the RMA call upon their due diligence
