how to allow XMPP protocol for everyone in Sophos XG115

Hello Everybody, 
 I am using Sophos XG 115 firewall in our network and need to allow the XMPP protocol in the network for everybody, means there should not be any restriction for this protocol. 
 
 this is required for nextiva application.

Hi, 
 depends on what your version is using as its transport and security. 
 If all users have access to 443 and TLS they should be okay, though to improve security you would need to limit access the external server site as part of your firewall rule.'Ian
