Local hosted Webserver not accessible on LAN

Question

We have a IIS Server hosted on server. It is accessible over internet but not on lan. 
 Screen shots are attached.

It works from outside internet but not from lan.

What I did, 
 1) I allowed server's public ip from lan to wan rule to all users 
 2) I created routing rule to public ip for all users 
 3) I deleted loopback rule. // Which was created 
 4) Shifted NAT to top rule to access internet 
 5) Then shifted DNAT Rule. 
 6) Allowed server wan ip from wan to lan (dnat rule) 
 It is working now.

 please try changing your original destination to any.

Ensure that this NAT policy is on top of NAT ID 1(DNAT to Server) and set Original source as a local network.
