here (https://support.sophos.com/support/s/article/KB-000036901?language=en_US) is an article how to customize the text of the Webfilter block- and warningpages.

But where can I change the language of the buttons?

    As far as i know, there is no supported way to alter the blockpages without changing some unsupported HTML stuff in the backend of the firewall, which could eventually break the firewall.
