Sophos rule for Exchange server

Hi All

I have sophos XG firewall after upgrading to v18 my exchange server is not working outside of my LAN. For example I can accept email sent from Gmail however I couldn't send email to Gmail what must lookalike the rule in order to work in V18 the rule is different and please any help.

Hi,

please check and delete the sd-wan and any linked Nat rules.

It start working to send and receive from outside network now however when I configure in phone the outgoing server setting it is not working it says couldn't open connection to server

Please post a copy of your voip firewall rule.
