How do I allow BBC news app to work through Sophos Firewall

I have allowed the BBC news app on my Sophos XG firewall, but with no luck. Using web browser, BBC news will open but videos on the site display the attached error.

I could have missed a few areas maybe. Kindly assist on step by step process.

    Please  check the logviewer firewall the web and the application tabs to see what else is being blocked. Some sites use content from other domains.
