New user authentication fail

For some unknown reason all new users created on the Sophos XG FW receive a failed authentication error when trying to log in.

I have 2 users that are able to connect but the rest fail. Can't find the reason why nor as the users have the exact same configurations.

Your advice please

Could be a cache matter. The two successful users are still cached on the firewall, while all new users are not be able to be fetch from AD. Do you use AD? Check Logviewer for authentication for more information.
