SFM license or

Question

Hi Folks, 
 
 based on our design, my XG firewall doesn't have direct access to internet to receive updates. 
 I know we have SFM to help in this scenario but knowing that SFM is already retired and Sophos not providing serial number anymore, so what is the solution? 
 It seems Sophos central is replacement for SFM but the problem is we need internet for Sophos central. 
 Any idea on a solution ? 
 Is it still possible to get a SFM serial ?

Hi Sam, Thanks for reaching out to Community,

If this device doesn't connect to the internet, I'd suggest you reach out to the account manager and request an Air Gap License.

I wouldn't suggest SFM as its discontinued and may not update upcoming firmware releases.
