Some devices not obtaining DHCP address

Hi All,

I am hoping someone can help me. We've just implemented Sophos XG and I'm tearing my hair out with this issue I am having.

Randomly we are having devices not being able to get an IP address from the Sophos DHCP I setup. They get a 169.254.x.x address. The weird thing is sometimes if we leave it the next day you can connect to it, but then other devices cant get the devices. This issue isnt happening to everyone and I really dont understand whats going on or where to look?

We have an onsite_wifi but the dhcp points to a win server but if we use the same device and connect to this wifi it gets an IP and works just fine.

Does the below setup look ok? If someone can point me in the right direction that would be great!
