XG V18 Port Forwarding different source and destination port

that will not work because the service will have been nat'ed at the source. You will need to change to 1:65535 for the external side. 8181 would the port the application will use on the users local network.

It works with any 20$ router why not sophos, there must be way to do it ?

I have suggested away, but you are not interested. If your $20 router does what you want why are you using the XG?

how many people from how many sites will be accessing this server?

if only one site you could setup a Nat rule at the original site with 8181:8181 to your specific destination address.

That is not a NAT, you are currently looking at. You only build a service definition. So how does the the App look right now. Most likely it looks like this:

1:65535 to 8181. 

Then you create the NAT on Firewalls - NAT and translate it to your wanted port (I guess HTTP, but you can create a new service, looking like: 1:65535 to 80). Then you do the NAT in the NAT Table.
