Firewall activation error to central sophos

Hello Friends, how are you? 

I'm using version 18.0.5 mr-5 and I'm trying to sync with sophos central but I'm getting the following error:"Temporary error while accessing Sophos Central, please try again"

    in wich global region are you?

    can you get the HTTP codes fron the following FQDN when executed from your XG shell?

    example:

    but maybe you get 503 which would indicate a problem in the cloud
