IPsec Remote access

Hello.
Sorry if it's being repetitive, but I didn't find a solution to my problem.

I'm configuring Sophos Connect for users VPN. After connecting the client gets the message "please wait- Gathering connections details".

I can't ping the servers. The packet monitor shows nothing.

I believe you are making a mistake in some configuration.

The VPN zone is allowing everything.

  • A common mistake.
    This appliance that we are configuring does not have a license, its license is in the appliance in production in bridge mode until we finish a migration.
    We checked the option "send heartbeat..." and because of that option it wasn't working. I believe it is due to not having the license applied.
