lan to wan routing problem

Hi,

I think i have messed up the NAT rules somehow and I am stuck. it is a sophos XG135

I have two internal servers ( Mail and a busines aplication ) for which I have created DNAT rules. Both these internal servers have no problem reaching the Internet via the firewall and they can be accessed as they should from the WAN.

However it took me quite a bit of trying to get this setup and now traffic from other computers is routed either not at all from LAN to WAN or extremely slow.

Since I have in the group Traffic to WAN the usual default network policy I believe I might have messed up the NAT rules somewhow.

I would be grateful for any hints and tipps how to get this back so that all traffic from LAN to WAN is routed without any restrictions for now.

Hi, create a firewalll rule at the top allowing LAN, any , wan, any, any service to start so you can investigate what is failing. Ian

ok, problem was the natting.

We have two wan interfaces configured with load balancing. But sometime ago we configured the second wan port as a backup and removed it from the natting rule for some reason.

Once i added the port again to the default nat rule, everythign was working again.
