For sure I have a license and I have also asked for the ISO file but officially they can't provide it to me due to a SQL vulnerability.

The iso would be for v17.5.16 not the earlier version.

That is correct, support can't provide that specific version even if it was SQL vulnerability-free since it’s already EoL.

You can suggest them to provide with 17.5 MR15 or MR16.
