I have a hardware XG 105W, and cannot get to the CLI. I tried to flash the publicly available 18.5 FW, but it says it does not support the XG 105W. It seems to only support the 106 and higher according to the list it shows when booting.
It's currently running the 17.5.15 FW. I would like to flash it with the same to restore factory defaults and restore a config from last week. Sophos support has said that they don't provide the 17.5 FW anymore.
It's been suggested that I can take a software version of the 17.5 ISO and alter it for use on my XG 105W. Can anyone point me in the right direction for that?
