I am having trouble with scheduling reports and getting PDF's. We have Firewall reporting license Advanced + Extreme and the license is applied. I can not schedule reports or get pdf's see the red error messages in the lower right every time I try and get a PDF
The slider for scheduling reports is greyed out as well. Not sure why.
Creating a template for the last 7 days, then when I run the report it defaults to the last 24 hours. If I switch to the last 7 days again and generate the report there is LESS data in the longer report... That in-and-of itself seems really weird.
