Slow SSL VPN Performance

Hi,

I have a problem with SSL VPN:

From the first user on, we experience, that the Bandwidth SSL VPN is very slow.

For example file transfer from/to fileserver is about 3 mbit/s.

Some facts about the fw environment:

Model: XG330

Firmware: SFOS 18.0.5 MR-5-Build586

avg CPU load (last 48 h)
a. User: 2.95
b. System: 1.24
c. Inactive: 95.81

2x WAN
1x 1 Gbit/s
1x 100 Mbit/s

We are using UDP Protocol (it should bring more performance than TCP).

I already checked this article https://community.sophos.com/sophos-xg-firewall/f/recommended-reads/125233/ssl-vpn-troubleshooting but couldn't find a solution for my problem?

Has anybody an idea/s?
