Can Spoof MAC address be detected

I have 2 Sophos with details as 

XG135 (SFOS 18.5.1 MR-1-Build326)

All the questions which I have asked I tried in my network and thought that if someone in my network would do all this, Is my Sophos XG capable to answer the same i.e. detect or intimate me by any means.

You mean to say I need to provide all the devices MAC address in the above, what if unknow legitimate device comes in to the network.

Yes, you'll ned to add all device MAC addresses first to the trusted MAC list. If the incoming packet on XG does not specify a MAC address that is listed as a trusted MAC address, then the packet will be dropped by the firewall.
