DPI Engine and custom block page

hello,

if we are using the dpi engine instead of the web proxy and in a firewall rule we have set a web policy to block gambling for example and someone hits a gambling site if using the dpi engine will they they be redirected to the custom block page we have created or will it just show a connection dropped page? we would still like  them to get the block page even when using the DPI engine if thats possible?

    so that's good, however we have a custom block page set but for some reason we are not getting the block page shown below. we get a block page from our endpoint. we disabled web control in sophos central for endpoint as a test and a still not getting a block page when going to known blocked sites

    figured out that i do get a block page from the firewall if i disable web control in sophos central for endpoint, however that leaves me in a quandary as we have mobile users that need this setting enabled at all times and even office staff such as myself that take their laptops home with them need to have web control enabled when not on the internal network and or working from home.
