Unable to acess XG from outside after enable 8080 port

Hi all,

I am having a issue after enable 8080 port on XG.

When i enable dnat rule on port 8080 they are blocking outside access to the sophos firewall.

How can i solve this?

Are you trying to access the XG externally via port 8080 aswell?

No, I have a device on port 8080 and when I create a DNAT rule to access this device all others ports like 4444, 443 being unable to reach

How is your DNAT rule setup? it sounds like its grabbing all services on the interface and not just port 8080

We followed the DNAT server access assistant:

First: We created IP host

Second: Services that set to TCP/UDP port 8080.

After that we lose access to all others ports, we are able only to access devices on 8080 port.
