VLAN packets showing up on wrong interface and being blocked...

I have a Guest VLAN on VLAN 100, attached to the Bridge on our XG.  It's set to Masq out our primary WAN connection, but otherwise be blocked from any local traffic.

However, the packets seem to have issues traversing the gateway.

Looking at the Firewall Logs I see this:

Most packets seem to come in on the correct interface, br0.100, however random packets show up on Port 1, which is the actual physical port the cable comes in on.

What's odd, is a Ping to the gateway, or google works without fail.  However, if you try to actually access Google, it fails completely.

The laptop I'm using to test this is plugged in to a hardwired switch with the port set to tag all packets.  As far as I can tell, I've eliminated all other possible problem locations.  We're seeing this at multiple locations with XG routers.
