Messages are being rejected

I do not understand why some messages are dropped, while others are delivered.

How can you find out what is the reason? I've already disabled message dropping everywhere :)

Even my test messages rejected from gmail or hotmail. But some spam was delivered.

If all antispam options are enabled. Spam gets delivered anyway. Moreover, four attempts have been abandoned, and the fifth is allowed.

    My test messages with hotmail or gmail get dropped, but not always. Mostly discarded, but as with spam, some are delivered.

    I don’t understand the logic of antispam, it doesn’t seem to protect and filters useful messages instead of spam.
