Port Error,, LED status are RED on both appliances

hi,

i have XG430 in HA mode, it is with firmware version 17.5.14 MR-14. 8 port Flexi card is also installed on both appliance. on appliance with Serial no. C4207AXXXXXX port 3 is not coming up. when i plugged cable in it then port remain down.. all ports (Except Flexi Ports)on both appliances showing RED LED status. in System and admin logs i did not see any error. i restarted the appliances but status remain same. it seems hardware issue. Please help me troubleshoot this issue. how can i do hardware diagnostic test. i also want to upgrade firmware from 17.5 to latest please also guide me for this

    Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community.

    Please do not include the S/N of the Firewalls on the posts, I have altered it already.

    If you haven't already I would recommend you to open a case with support to get this investigated, when doing so make sure you follow this post for best practices when opening a support case.

    You can try running this Ethernet card.

    The appliance should be shut down before installing them, also make sure your Fleximodule is one of the ones in this list, and mention the model in the ticket.

    The logs to check for this are:

    csc.log, applog.log networkd.log and syslog.log
