XG135 Multiple Services Stopped

I added my Sophos FW yesterday to Sophos Central. I got an email in the morning that the firewall lost connection to SC and I checked the logs and I found 3 services that have stopped. I unregister the device with Sophos central and then tried to re add it and but nothing happens. I also tried to do a check for updates and also signatures and it fails. How can I force this services to start? I am thinking that this are the ones causing my issues.

  • Hi : Thank you for reaching out to the Sophos community team. The service listed above is related to Heartbeat to Sophos central communication. Maybe your XG appliance central registration has been disturbed due to connectivity problems and that has causedd the service stopped issue. So re-registration of XG to Sophos central should fix the issue. 

    If re-registration gives any error, you may check the below  logs:

    sophos-central.log,centralmanagement.log
