Web E-mail policy affecting Outlook

Question

Hi, 
 I got an XG125 firewall version SFOS 18.5.1 MR-1-Build326. 
 I want to apply a Web policy so users are not able to open web mail sites. I have used the default policy from Sophos 
 
 Unfortunately, this policy is affecting the use of outlook desktop. 
 I got the following security alert. 
 
 What is the correct procedure to deny web mail sites without affecting Outlook?

 Thank you for reaching out to Sophos Community. 
 outlook.office365.com falls under 'Web E-Mail' category. 
 I'd suggest creating a custom category with Office 365 domains and allow it on top of Web E-Mail rule in web filter policy.
