Web Filter looking for wrong certificate

Hello,

I was using a local CA certificate for Web Filter, it was working as expected but yesterday the certificate expired, so I renewed it, deleted the old expired certificate and imported the new one but now the XG is ignoring it and trying to use the Default CA which is not trusted by our computers so the users are getting Certificate erros when trying to browse HTTPS sites.


Already rebooted the XG.

What else can I do?

    Hi Rodrigo, Thanks for reaching out to Sophos Community.

    Was this CA Certificate imported with the Private Key? And did you update the existing CA Certificate or imported the new certificate as new?
