Good morning,
maybe someone can point me into the right direction :-).
What happens:
If an Android phone manually connects to the WLAN, everything is OK (Radius logs, DHCP logs on XG,... all show "success").
After a while (I was not yet able to identify how much "a while" is), the device is still connected to the WLAN (shows up on the WLAN mgmt tools and the mobile itself reports to be connected as well), but the device does not have an IP address any longer. Switching off and on WLAN on the device makes it work again. Often, this outage happens during late evening or early morning (to be identified via last updated whether forecast etc) but it might also happen during working hours.
XG DHCP logs only say that the "initial" lease was successful (no expiration messages etc). No DHCP traffic during the time in question. The next log entry shows up as soon as WLAN is set off/on on the device. Lease time was set between 1440 and 2880 with no change with regards to the outages, max time=lease time, DHCP static mapping.
Did anyone face a similar condition/has an idea how to troubleshoot this?
Many thanks
Markus
