unable to block Bluestacks 5 apps

The app was still working even though it was blocked. Does anyone know how to block this?

Hi, you need to enable the IPS and http/s scanning otherwise the application is not discovered. Ian

where is this policy applied? Do you use application scanning?

This is the rule that I have created. Other applications are blocked except bluestacks.
