Sophos XG installation

Dear all,

I want to install SophosXG Home on the Intel hardware with the below status.

can I install Sophos XG Home on this hardware?

The processor and SSD (Samsung) is compatible; The Realtek NIC's are also compatible, but I recommend you to disable fast path after installing XG. One question, is "Speicher" = RAM?

Dear Prism,

thank you for your quick answer, yes Speicher is the RAM.

I have download the SophosXG Home install ISO file put in USB but when I start Boot from USB it doesn't start I see just a black screen.

I have downloaded the below ISO.

What did you used to create the bootable USB drive? Rufus?

I have just pasted the ISO file on USB, should I create in this case a bootable USB drive?

Yes, you can download Rufus if you're using windows.

If any error happen during XG installation, you can re-create your USB Drive with Rufus using "DD Mode".

Some people here in the Community reported errors while installing XG after making the bootable USB Drive with Rufus "ISO Mode".

You can select which mode you want to use to write the ISO in the last step on Rufus.
